2. Certification and Listing

• Certification is issued based on the information provided by the applicant and/or publicly available environmental records.

• A listing on the Green Planet Union website includes the business name, certification status, and badge (if applicable).

• Green Planet Union may feature companies that are “Eligible for Certification” even if they have not formally applied or affiliated with us. These listings are informational only and clearly marked as “Not Affiliated”.

3. Badge Use

• Certified businesses receive a badge corresponding to their certification level.

• The badge may be used on websites, social media, email signatures, and printed materials.

• You may only use the badge version that matches your certification level.

• Unauthorized use, modification, or replication of the badge is prohibited.

4. Tree Planting (If Applicable)

• Some certification packages include tree planting via third-party services like Tree-Nation.

• Green Planet Union is not liable for delays or changes in tree planting execution by third-party providers.

• Companies marked “Eligible for Certification” may be listed without tree planting services.

5. Payments and Refunds

• Certification and related services are provided after payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• All sales are final. Refunds are not issued unless required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content, logos, badges, and designs are the intellectual property of Green Planet Union.

• You may not use, reproduce, or distribute content from our site without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Green Planet Union provides informational listings and certification services “as-is” without guarantees of commercial outcomes.

• We are not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of our badge, listings, or services.

8. Company Logos and Data

• We may display publicly available logos or data from companies listed as “Eligible for Certification.”

• These listings are informational only and do not imply endorsement or partnership.

9. Modifications
