   All purchases are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of our service and immediate processing (including tree planting and digital delivery), we cannot offer refunds.

2. Tree Planting Locations
   Tree planting is carried out in partnership with trusted environmental organizations.
   Planting locations are determined by Green Planet Union and may include:
   Spain, Tanzania, Zimbabwe, Brazil, United States, Ireland, Niger, Colombia, Nicaragua, Madagascar, and France.
   You acknowledge that the planting country cannot be selected by the buyer and may vary depending on project availability.

3. Digital Delivery
   Your certification materials (including badge, listing, and PDF certificate) are delivered digitally within 24 hours of purchase. No physical products will be shipped.

4. Badge Usage
   Use of the Green Planet Union badge is granted based on your certification tier. Unauthorized use or modification is prohibited. Badge guidelines must be followed.
